6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Serenity Creatif follows a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Exchange Policy due to the nature of operating as an online store.

Orders are processed and prepared immediately after confirmation, making cancellations, refunds, and exchanges unavailable once an order has been placed.
